In 1999, the departments of Personnel Training and Sales Network Training are unified. A skill mapping project funded by the European Union for Claims and all middle managers is carried out. The analysis and design of an e-learning platform begins. Training, in the current phase of rapid technological development in the IT sector, is mainly based on technical training of personnel in the use of basic and advanced software. At the headquarters, language training continues both in traditional form and through the use of self-training products (CD-ROMs) and, of course, the training of new recruits continues according to well tested criteria. Some specialist areas of the Company and some positions with hierarchical responsibilities participate in external courses, respectively, of a specialized and managerial nature organized by highly qualified institutions. In total, over 200 employees participate in the initiatives organized internally.
