For the Foundation, the year 1999 is a particularly important year due to the attainment of legal recognition, which takes place by decree of the President of the Region of Emilia Romagna.

The year 1999 witnesses the Foundation Cesar committed to continuing and strengthening its efforts, already initiated in previous years, developing across four areas: the insurance area, the Social Economy area, the area of safety and road prevention, and the area of social projects.
