Unipol with its European partners belonging to EURESA (the French Macif and Belgian P&V) acquires an important stake in the Greek Company Syneteristiki, controlled by agricultural co-operation and for some time in a reinsurance relationship with the same Unipol. It is a small Company, still young, in a small market, in search of support for development in financial terms, but even more in terms of management skills and product / service innovation.
