In May, Unipol participates in the incorporation of EURESA, a holding Company and EEIG (European Economic Interest Group) which includes 4 companies: the Italian Unipol, the French Macif, the Belgian P&V and the Swedish Folksam. Among the objectives of Euresa, in addition to the development of initiatives for useful exchanges of knowledge and possible management, commercial and services synergies, there is to develop a co-operative and mutual presence in the insurance sector in some European countries.
