On 11 September, an arrangement is reached between Unipol and the trade unions on the project, called “Sertel”, concerning the electronic opening and settlement of claims. In addition to defining mechanisms to promote the implementation of the project and its sustainability in the long term, the agreement sets out the staff levels, working hours at the Operations Center, the adjustment procedures of local settlement offices, as well as the evaluation of declining activities at the main adjustment offices and the rules on geographical and professional mobility. It is finally agreed that all processes of professional mobility should be supported by training courses to be presented to and discussed with the trade unions.
