In the second half of 1999, there is a significant commercial development, with the opening of 10 branches integrated with insurance agencies for the purpose of obtaining Group synergies through the integration of insurance, banking and asset management products. Also in 1999, a bank branch is acquired from Cooperbanca S.p.A. and a network of financial advisors.
