The Unipol Group has updated its Supplier Register, adapting it to new market scenarios and the latest regulations in force (i.e. GDPR and the adoption of electronic invoicing).
The new Supplier Register - operative as of 1 January 2020 - is an ARIBA/SAP application that takes full advantage of its communication potential, guaranteeing security, data confidentially, transparency and the ethical correctness of relationships.
Supplier organisations can access the new Register from the Ariba Network platform following registration. This platform has been chosen by the Unipol Group as the official communication channel, which can be used to receive invitations to events such as tenders and/or online bids, to view purchase orders and to monitor proper completion up to the direct issue of system invoices.
Find out how to register
Please note that registration with the Unipol Group Supplier Register is free of charge for Suppliers.
We also inform you that the Group’s Procurement department is available for any necessary clarifications.
Already registered user
All partners and suppliers of the Group must follow the new registration and qualification process. In fact, all users – including already registered users – must access the new Vendor Management platform by filling out prequalification questionnaires.
Suppliers that are already registered with the Ariba Network can access the area by clicking on the box below “Member login” and entering their confidential login credentials.
New user
In addition to the current suppliers of the Group, new suppliers may also submit their candidacy to anyone who may objectively consider their services to be of interest.
To apply, simply click on the box below “Request registration” and fill out the form with your identification data.
The Unipol Group will assess the questionnaires and will directly communicate the outcome of the qualification process to the interested parties.
