On 11 December, following the resignation of Deputy Chairman and Managing Director Giacinto Militello, the Board of Directors renews the offices of the Company’s top management. Giovanni Consorte, at Unipol since 1979 first as Head of planning, organization and control, then as headquarters manager and finally as General Manager of the Company becomes the new Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Unipol. Ivano Sacchetti, in Unipol since ‘72, Chairman of Noricum Assicurazioni and, since November ‘89, General Manager of the Company becomes the sole General Manager.
