The Rome offices of the Foundation Cesar are opened and organized. The Foundation’s activities are no longer addressed to professionals in the insurance industry only, but also to rights and duties of the consumer-motorists. Collaboration with consumer associations and major trade unions grows in order to encourage a dialogue-discussion between the policyholder and the companies. The Foundation Cesar decides to prepare a research as part of the programs financed by the European Community in the field of vocational training, a topic that will enlarge the Company’s level of knowledge nationally and internationally.
