The 2022-2024 Strategic Plan “Opening New Ways” strengthens the Group’s desire to help achieve the sustainable development goals, using the Group assets as leverage, and employing its business areas to develop new opportunities and face new challenges.
The focus of the strategy is on the management and tracking of the risks and opportunities associated with environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues along the entire insurance and non-insurance value chain in line with the UN 2030 Agenda Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
