Two other European social economy partners enter into the corporate structure of Finsoe. They are the German Group R+V, an expression of the German cooperative banks system (Raiffaisen und Volksbanken) and the Swedish mutual Folksam. Representing the German group in Unipol’s Board of Directors is the managing director, Bernhard Zloch, head of the initiatives of the Group in Italy. For the Swedish Group, the designated representative in the Board of Directors of Unipol is Håkon Tidlund, general manager.
