New Linear coverage: “Protected Bonus”

The business strategy of Linear is focused not only on the acquisition of new customers, but especially on keeping the customers already acquired (over 200,000 customers), with initiatives aimed at improving the quality of service, thanks to the strengthening and reorganization of the call center and the implementation of a department dedicated to responding to the issues of the customers themselves. In 2002 Linear develops an increase in the Motor TPL ceiling with payment of the same premium as before and presents the new coverage “Protected Bonus”, which allows policyholders to keep the same class of merit in case of accident including when at fault. Among the direct insurance companies, Linear is the only one to offer this advantageous opportunity. The relocation and expansion of the registered office also takes place.
