The bureaucratic process that allows Unipol Private Equity SGR to become part of the UGF Banca Banking Group is brought to completion.
The Group is now composed of seven companies: UGF Banca, UGF Merchant, UGF Leasing, Unicard, UGF Private Equity SGR Spa, Nettuno Fiduciaria (a Company specializing in the administration of assets) and Unipol Fondi (a Company that manages a multi-business fund under Irish law).
