As part of the project for the strategic development of the Group’s information system (ESSIG), it is decided to implement the new information system.
Therefore, on 24 July the following is established between Unipol and the trade union organizations of the Group:

• distribution of working time, according to actual service needs, to the “working team” staff supporting the agencies, without prejudice to the normal weekly working time;
• launch of a special training program, with a duration of at least one week, on technical issues and relational issues for the “working group” staff;
• payment of a one-off bonus at the conclusion of the service, scheduled to last for four months, to the “working group” staff operating at the offices in San Donato Milanese and Bologna.
