Club Sapiens Linear is created
The product offering of Linear to potential new customers continues to be promoted by positive word of mouth significantly. This is activated by those who have had a positive experience of the Company’s services. The year 2003, in particular, witnesses a renewal of the rewarding system of active word of mouth and the Linear Club becomes Club Sapiens Linear.
This new version, in line with the business strategy, aims to acquire new policies in good discount brackets and above all acquire the loyalty of customers with the best profile. In fact, a reward for word-of-mouth referrals is given to Linear policyholders who have a car policy in a class under 4 and no claims in the last five years. Furthermore, a higher remuneration is granted to those who have been Linear customers for more than one year. The policies introduced by them must be for motor vehicles in a class not higher than 10.
