Giovanni Consorte and Ivano Sacchetti resign, respectively, from the office of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, the former, and Deputy Chairman and managing director the latter.
The office of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer is entrusted to Pierluigi Stefanini, while that of Deputy Chairman and managing director is entrusted to Vanes Galanti.
