On 29 December, the Group’s reorganization process ends after the establishment of the holding Company UGF in September 2007.
This has led to the creation of UGF Assicurazioni (with the merger of Unipol Assicurazioni and Aurora Assicurazioni), third largest multi-business Company in Italy, by keeping the Unipol and Aurora brands and respective commercial networks.
