Unipol approves the new Code of Conduct and the Organization and Management Model

On 19 March, the Board of Directors of Unipol approve the Group’s new Code of Conduct, which describes the ways in which it intends to apply its values.
As a result of the corporate reorganization process and developments in legislation, a new organization and management model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/01 is also approved.
