Geographic repositioning for UGF Banca
During the year 2010, a program of geographical repositioning of the distribution network is initiated.
In order to confirm the integrated business model of “bank branches - insurance agencies” and focus network activities on retail and small and medium-sized enterprises, with particular attention to the Group’s traditional target markets. This process involves the shutting of 5 branches with the simultaneous opening of 9 new branches. At the end of 2010, the distribution network of UGF Banca is made up of 182 branches integrated with insurance agencies and 121 traditional branches, in addition to 28 finance outlets and 361 financial advisers.
