On 29 April, the General Meeting, among other things, approves the renewal of the Board of Directors. Carlo Cimbri is appointed Chief Executive Officer and General Director of the Group, confirming Pierluigi Stefanini as Chairman and appointing Piero Collina as Deputy Chairman, replacing Vanes Galanti.
