The year 2013 is an important year for Unipol: we celebrate our first fifty years in business.

The history of the Unipol Group began with Unipol Assicurazioni, established in 1963 following the acquisition of the Company by a number of cooperatives belonging to the League of Cooperatives.

Through a long process of growth and consolidation, over the years it has become a Group that is a market leader today.

To celebrate the event, dedicated brands are created to highlight the development that Unipol has had over the years reaching the top of the Italian and European insurance and financial markets. A logo that will characterize all the Unipol initiatives and communication materials during 2013: from letterheads to policyholders’ marks, from Internet sites of the Group companies to the windows of agencies and branches (see the poster “Mezzo secolo di Unipol. The year 2013 thus opens with, and will witness, several initiatives over the months to celebrate our first 50 years.
