On 19 May Unipol and Navale Assicurazioni activate the trade union procedures for merging.
The transaction involves:
- transfer as from 1 January 2011 of all staff employed in Navale Assicurazioni to Unipol Assicurazioni;
- adoption of the national collective bargaining agreement and trade union agreements in force for all personnel involved in the transfer;
