First internal company regulations

On 27 July, the Board of Directors of Unipol discusses and approves the Company’s internal regulations.

Minor elements “of corporate democracy” are introduced: joint committees for personnel evaluation in case of promotions, changes in working time at meetings among all employees to discuss work plans, managed mobility with union representatives, and concessions for student workers.

To note that these Company regulations are enacted in compliance with the “Bylaws” of Unipol.
