Enea Mazzoli becomes Chairman of Unipol

At the Board meeting held on 18 July, Walter Briganti resigns from the office of Chairman. Enea Mazzoli is appointed as the new Chairman of Unipol. At the same Board, Mario Zolfanelli participates as representative of the agents and a representative of the workers is invited to attend the Board meeting but declines the offer.
