The Company increases premiums in the various sectors but, to cope with the worsening trend in claims, it pushes for speed of payments. In this regard, it adheres to the Direct Indemnity Agreement proposed by ANIA (Associazione Nazionale Imprese Assicurative, National association of insurance companies) to all its members. On 15 May, Unipol informs its policyholders that it has joined the Agreement which provides for the signing of the CID form (the so-called “costatazione amichevole”, mutually agreed accident report) in the event of claims for a non-significant amount.
