The office Proposals and Complaints is created

With the intention of creating a direct line to the insured customer and promptly respond to every request, Unipol sets up the Proposals and Complaints office. The initiative is being disclosed with the preparation of two letters, one of which is addressed to policyholders and delivered at the time of signing the policy, the other one addressed to the counterparties and distributed by claims adjustment offices.
