On 28 January, the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders decides to transfer its registered office from Turin to Bologna. On the same day, the Annual General Meeting of shareholders, after taking note of the resignation of the Sole Director, Mr. Giovanni Boglione, resolves “to confirm the assignment of the Corporate Administration to a sole director and to call upon Mr. Oscar Gaeta to act as such”. Simultaneously the relevant equity transfers take place. Mr. Oscar Gaeta acquires 6,250 shares from Mr. Giovanni Boglione, 6,250 from Ms. Eleonora Lancia in Boglione, 106,250 shares from Istituto Finanziario Subalpino S.p.A., Mr. Lanfranco Pasquali acquires 6,250 shares from Mr. Giovanni Boglione, 6,250 from Ms. Eleonora Lancia in Boglione. Istituto Finanziario Subalpino S.p.A. is left with 12,500 shares.
