On 5 November at the Provincial Federation of Cooperatives of Bologna the decision is ratified to acquire a company, called Unipol.

There are 195 cooperatives that subscribe for shares of varying amounts up to reaching the required share capital. 41 from the provincial district of Bologna, 14 from the provincial district of Ferrara, 32 from the provincial district of Forli, two from the provincial district of Milan, 58 from the provincial district of Modena, one from provincial district of Parma, 10 from the provincial district of Ravenna, 37 from the provincial district of Reggio Emilia.
