Merger Plan into Fondiaria-SAI of Unipol Assicurazioni, Premafin and, possibly, Milano Assicurazioni filed

Notice is hereby given that, today, pursuant to and for the effects of Article 2501 – quarter, first paragraph, of the Italian Civil Code, the plan for the merger by incorporation into Fondiaria-SAI S.p.A. of Premafin Finanziaria – S.p.A. Holding di Partecipazioni, Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A. and, possibly, Milano Assicurazioni S.p.A., approved by the boards of directors of the companies involved in the merger on 20 December 2012 was filed at the registered office of Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A..
