2009 UGF Accounts - Reports of the company of auditors

The company of auditors, KPMG S.p.A., has issued its reports on Unipol Gruppo Finanziario S.p.A's draft annual accounts and consolidated accounts for the year ending 31 December 2009, in accordance with Article 156 of Legislative Decree 58/1998 (now Article 14 of Legislative Decree 39/2010).
