Unipol: sale of 51% holding in BNL Vita S.p.A. finalized

Unipol Gruppo Finanziario and BNP Paribas have arrnged the schedule for the sale of Unipol's holding in BNL Vita.
The operation will be completed over the next few months, subject to the required legal authorization being obtained.
