(“Unipol”) informs that the excerpt and the essential information of the shareholders’ agreement concerning Unipol shares (the “SHA”) - updated with respect to what was previously published, most recently, on 12 September 2022 - are available to the public on Unipol’s website www.unipol.it – Section Investors/Shareholding Structure/Shareholders’ Agreement and on the authorised storage mechanism eMarket Storage (www.emarketstorage.com).

The excerpt and the essential information relating to the SHA have been updated due to the tacit renewal, for three additional years, of the SHA, which, therefore, will be effective until 15 December 2026.
