Unipol Group and Unipol S.p.A. accounts as at 30 June 2003

Consolidated premiums reached €4,193m (+43.4%), €2,976m of which was for Life business (+67%) and €1,217m for non-Life business (+6.6%).
The consolidated net profit as at 30 June 2003 was €80m (€67m of which related to the Unipol Group), a rate of growth of 56% over June 2002. Particularly positive was the technical result for non-Life and Life business, which rose to €93m (+128%).
