Unipol Group always close to the Bologna Jazz Festival

The eighteenth edition of the Bologna Jazz Festival, scheduled from 3 to 27 November, will once again see the Unipol Group Partner of this major event which, with close to fifty concerts and countless extra activities (educational events, exhibitions, meetings with musicians, conferences), will spread beyond Bologna’s city limits, also involving the municipalities of the metropolitan area and the provinces of Modena, Ferrara and Forlì.

The festival’s many venues will welcome an incredible delegation of jazz musicians from the USA, also inviting innovative national productions to the stage. Civil rights activism and the interdisciplinarity of jazz, two aspects that BJF has championed for years, will merge in the project “Woman, Life, Freedom”, which entrusts the coordinated image of the entire event to four Iranianartists: Atieh Sohrabi, Hanieh Ghashghaei, Nazli Tahvili and Roshi Rouzbehani. Their works blend multiple meanings in the name of the struggle, primarily women’s but not only, which has spread from Iran to the entire free world.

As Event Partner, the Unipol Group will host two evenings at the Unipol Auditorium, on 17 November with the Samara Joy Quartet and on 24 November with saxophonist Steve Coleman & Reflex trio.
