Unipol Banca Group - Appointed the new top management of Unipol Banca and Unipol Merchant-Banca per le Imprese

Some companies of the Unipol Group appointed in the last days their new top management, following resignation handed in by the previous directors Giovanni Consorte and Ivano Sacchetti.
The Board of Directors of Unipol Banca S.p.A. appointed Maria Bettazzoni as chairman and Eugenio Ferioli as vice chairman.
The new chairman of Unipol Merchant S.p.A. is Eugenio Ferioli; no changes occurred i.r.o. the two vice chairmanships, assigned to Milo Pacchioni and Nicola Orazzini.
