Unipol Assicurazioni - Change in the composition of the Board of Directors: press release 1

It is hereby communicated that on 7 April 2006 the Board Member Giuseppe Solinas passed away. The Company expresses its deep regret and condolence.
Mr Solinas, as appointed by Unipol Assicurazioni Shareholders’ Meeting of 29 April 2004, filled the post of non-executive and independent Board Member and was also Member of the Internal Audit Committee.
