Sale of BNL Vita S.p.A. - Disclosure prepared in conformity with Article 71 of the Issuer Regulation

In accordance with Article 71 of the Issuer Regulation adopted by CONSOB in its Ruling 11971 of 14 May 1999 and subsequent amendments and additions, a disclosure on the sale of 51% of Unipol Gruppo Finanziario S.p.A.'s holding in BNL Vita S.p.A. is available to the public at the registered office at Via Stalingrado 45, Bologna, and from the market regulator, Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
