Publication of the updated Company’s By-Laws

We hereby announce that the Company’s By-Laws, updated following the amendments subsequent the subscribed share capital increase (approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 29 April 2010) following the exercise of “Unipol 2010 - 2013 Preference Share Warrants” released by the Company on 25 September 2013, is available to the public, in accordance with the current regulations, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Company’s website www.unipol.it– Corporate Governance/Corporate Governance System/Amendments to the By Laws section.
