Luciano Colombini appointed UGF's Deputy General Manager (Banking) and General Manager of Unipol Banca S.p.A.

Mr. Luciano Colombini will join Unipol Gruppo Finanziario as Deputy General Manager (Banking) by the end of the year.
He will also, subject to resolution of the Statutory Bodies, take on the post of General Manager of Unipol Banca S.p.A..
