2030 Agenda and Sustainability goals: the role of companies

In September 2015, Italy signed the 2030 Agenda, a strong commitment to achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the 169 sub-goals. The SDGs are becoming an increasingly important reference for many companies. These shared objectives that address important development issues (the fight against poverty, eliminating hunger, countering climate change, etc.) are a focal point for the medium and long-term strategies of several enterprises. This is because the goals concern all countries and individuals: no one is excluded, nor should be left behind on the long journey needed to lead the world onto the path of sustainability. During the event, certain theoretical aspects will be discussed and some companies will exchange views.
