In accordance with current legislation the Directors' Reports and the motions on items 1, 4, 5 and 6 on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting announced in single call for 30 April 2013, including the report referred to in Article 114-2 of the Consolidated Finance Act and Article 84-2 of the Issuer Regulation and the Report referred to in Article 123-3 of the Consolidated Finance Act, are available to the public at the Company's registered office, from Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Company's website www.unipol.it> Governance>Shareholders' Meetings>Shareholders Meeting April 2013.
