Cristina De Benetti

Born in Treviso in 1966.

A graduate in Economics and Commerce from Ca' Foscari University and in Law from the University of Trieste.

Lawyer at the Court of Cassation, as well as a member of the Register of Arbitrators of the Arbitration Chamber at the National Anticorruption Authority (ANAC) and of the International Mediation and Conciliation Chamber (AMC).

She began her career in 1990 at the law firm of Prof. Feliciano Benvenuti, where she practised law for about fifteen years and, since 2003, she has worked as a lawyer at her own law firm.

She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the listed companies Milano Assicurazioni, Autogrill, Autostrade Meridionali, Atlantia and UnipolSai Assicurazioni, as well as of the companies Unipol Banca and Aeroporto di Treviso, among others.

She is currently:

• Associate Professor of Public Law Institutions - Administrative Law at Ca' Foscari University, University where she is a member of academic bodies and Scientific Director of the Master in Environmental Law and Territorial Government;
• Vice President of the Ca' Foscari University Venice Foundation;
• Since 2016, Director of Mobilità di Marca S.p.A;
• Since, 2021 Director of Nextalia S.G.R. S.p.A.;
• Since 2022, Director of the listed company Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A.;
• Since 2022, Director of Unipol Gruppo S.p.A.
