The fourth edition of CUBO LIVE – Places, Ideas, Voices, Events – the traveling series of live shows promoted by CUBO, the business museum of the Unipol Group, will be taking place in four particularly suggestive locations from 25th June to 8th August: Turin, Bologna, Bari and Loano (SV) in Liguria. Music in all its forms will be the protagonist and will cheer up summer evenings with shows designed for audiences with different tastes and ages, in order to reach the broadest possible audience.
The event will be starting in Turin where, from 25th to 27th June, the elegant hotel Principi di Piemonte | UNA Esperienze, one of the city’s most refined architectural jewels, will be hosting the three Turin evenings. Guests include classical voices and songwriters’ music, including GIOVANNI CACCAMO, the trio SERVILLO, GIROTTO, MANGALAVITE, and the cello of the Colombian artist SANTIAGO CAÑÓN-VALENCIA.
As a new event for summer 2024, from 2nd to 4th July, we will be moving on to Puglia to the welcoming UNAHOTELS Regina Bari in Noicattaro. The new stage in Bari will be hosting three young artists, including singer-songwriters, ERICA MOU and representatives of the new Italian pop scene, CASADILEGO and CENERI.
From Puglia we will be moving on to Loano (SV), Liguria, from 9th to 12th July: between the Marina stage at the end of the elegant Yacht Club walkway and the large stage in Piazza Italia, the jazz of the KURT ROSENWINKEL quartet will be combined with music by PAOLA TURCI and GINO CASTALDO, and a concert by MOTTA. Then, this year’s big news: back to the Marina for the dawn concert (at 5.15am) of an atypical duo, PETRELLA and MIRRA, featuring the trombone, the vibraphone and the sea breeze.
CUBO LIVE will end in Bologna with seven outdoor musical evenings. From 18th July to 8th August, every Tuesday and Thursday evening, the concerts will be returning to the CUBO gardens in the elevated square of Porta Europa (headquarters of the Group) with a varied program, which - ranging from classical music to jazz and pop - will witness on stage the names of FILIPPO GRAZIANI (18th July), THE HEADHUNTERS (23rd), POSTINO (25th), ALESSANDRO QUARTA (30th), SERGIO CAMMARIERE (31), MARK GUILIANA’S BEAT MUSIC (1st August), to close with the ENRICO PIERANUNZI TRIO on 8th August.
Articolture, Bologna Jazz Festival, Cronopios, Fondazione Musica Insieme, Le Nozze di Figaro are now historical partners of CUBO and will be collaborating in the 2024 edition.
