The Group has, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for listed companies, adopted a policy on the remuneration of members of the Group's governing and control bodies, and of the Company's General Manager and Managers with Strategic Responsibilities, which also regulates any equity interests held by the above persons in the Company and in its subsidiaries.

In 2018, reputation performance was included among the targets to which the pay-out of the Group's Executives long-term incentive is linked; a 5% portion of the incentive will be paid out only if the Group's reputation profile (calculated according to the Reputation Institute method) will, in the three-year period 2019-2021, be higher than the one recorded in the same period by the Financial Sector as a whole.
