UnipolSai and Ducati corse proudly together for the 2023 motoGP season

For the seventh consecutive year UnipolSai Assicurazioni will be Official Sponsor of Ducati Corse for the MotoGP World Championships, which for the 2023 season will begin on 26 March in Portimão, Portugal.

A season that Ducati officially presented on Monday 23 January in Madonna di Campiglio, against the enchanting backdrop of the snow-covered Dolomites.

The official Ducati team, which this year celebrates the 20th anniversary of its debut in the premier class of GP motorcycling, is ready to defend the constructors’, team and drivers’ world titles it won last year together with current world champion Francesco Bagnaia, now in his third season with the team from Borgo Panigale. One interesting new development is Bagnaia’s decision to race with the number 1 plate of World Champion, the first time a defending MotoGP champion has decided to sport the number for several years. He will be partnered by Enea Bastianini who, having come third in the 2022 World Championships with Team Gresini, will be wearing the official colours of Ducati for the first time.

The agreement with Ducati will see the UnipolSai logo feature on the suits of the riders, their hats, the team’s uniforms and on the tail of the two bikes, as well as on various other Ducati Corse materials present in the paddock during each of the 21 races on the calendar and official testing.

This renewed partnership between UnipolSai Assicurazioni and the Borgo Panigale-based constructor confirms the shared path of two Italian leaders in their respective fields united by the same values, passion, and commitment to innovation.

To stay one step ahead of the competition.
