AIDA (Automazione Ispettorati di Assicurazione, automation of insurance adjusters) kicks off aiming to solve the problems arising from the handling aspects of claims. The system provides finite information immediately actionable so that each document has all the information necessary to analyze the performance of products, update the archive, provide the required data, share the damage fees borne by the co-insurance companies, and check the management expenses. Agencies also modernize and adopt the MDS system to manage the portfolio mechanically.
