The training project for the year 1984 of employees and the sales network is very rich, and innovative and aims to fully meet the training needs of the different business areas relating to the development and evolution of the enterprise.

Twenty courses are organized throughout the Country involving about 300 agents. Professional training courses for administrative adjusters and educational support initiatives are also provided to support product launch operations for adjusters, area managers of the commercial department and agency network.
