On 10 June, an agreement is signed on the implementation on the national territory of a draft project for the reorganization of the claims settlement network. The agreement redefines existing local offices through the establishment of a new organizational structure called “Main Adjustment Office” which is a claims settlement center with greater autonomy and a reference for the local markets. This agreement regulates mobility on the market by introducing the statute of “command” which joins the statute of “mission” and/or transfer, statutes already envisaged by the national collective bargaining contract. A qualifying aspect is also the affirmation of a new allocation of working time, namely the overcoming of the so-called “anomalous working time” that provided for three free afternoons a week.
