On 16 May, an agreement is signed between the Company and trade union organizations to limit prolonged use of overtime work.

In taking note of the use of overtime as a result of the temporary increase in activities due to the “mechanization” of Claims Adjustment offices, the agreement derogates from the provisions of the national Collective Bargaining Agreement and sets maximum ceilings of the same.
