On 20 and 21 May, the conference “The Unipol Group towards the European Single Market” take place in Bologna and a month later, the Fourth Business Planning Conference is held in Bologna on 24 and 25 June. These two events set out the actions and main objectives of the work program for the three-year period 1988/1990. An intense work of analysis, research and development that was started a year before by 42 headquarters and local meetings that involved about 1,300 people between the governing bodies, CRU, a part of the shareholders, the union representatives of employees and agents, executives and middle managers of the Company.
